We will re-size your ring up or down one size free of charge within the first year after purchase.  You will be charged for shipping only.

Sizing more than one size up or down may incur some sizing charges. We guarantee our work and pride ourselves in the outstanding craftsmanship of each piece. In the unlikely event that you piece needs repair due to faulty craftsmanship we will do so free of charge at any time.

This does not include replacement of missing stones or jewelry that has been damaged in any way, or is otherwise returned in an irreparable condition, due to no fault of our own.

When returning jewelry for a complimentary cleaning, repair or re-sizing, please provide a copy of your receipt. Please provide us with pertinent written information and confirm your return mailing address, your e-mail address, and your phone number. Unless you tell us otherwise we polish your jewelry, returning it as close to its original luster as possible.
